About BKTG

BKTG was set up in 1983 and runs by volunteers of MINDS MYG. We provide services to people with intellectual disability. Our mission is to help people with intellectual disability integrate into society by providing them with an avenue for social interaction and recreation, as well as to pick up skills that will help them take care of themselves. Currently, we have about 15 people with intellectual disability (who we address them trainees) receiving our services. Anyone with intellectual disability is welcomed to enroll for our activities, but priorities are given to the following: Age 17-35 yrs old Mobile Toilet-trained Able to follow simple instructions Is not receiving any other services e.g. Employment Development Centre, Day Activities Centre, Day Schools, etc. BKTG committee comprises: Chairperson Secretary Treasurer Scheduler Programmer Volunteer Administrator Group leaders for Group A, B,C Training Representative Web Master
