The Reach Out Project focuses on providing social, recreational and educational activities every Saturday for a group of intellectually disabled people who are capable of independent living, but not given opportunities to be involved in such activities. It is hope that, by providing them with various social and recreational activities, they will be able to improve on their social and general skills and knowledge to cope with current society, and ultimately, be empowered to contribute back to the society.
