10am to 12noon: Orientation for new volunteers
Conducted by senior volunteers
Introduction to MYG and how to work with people with intellectual disability.
Lunch is provided.

12.30pm to 3pm: Introduction to Physiotherapy
Conducted by Senior Physiotherapist Mr Aye
What is physiotherapy and how does it benefit our trainees?
Learn how to incorporate physiotherapy into our weekly sessions and look forward to both the theoretical and hands-on approaches to physiotherapy!

3pm to 5.30pm: MYG’s very own makeshift Settlers Café!
Our first VA activity of the year involves lots of food and fun (Settlers Café style).
We have karaoke, board games and delicious food lined up for you!
So grab all your fellow volunteers and join us for a fun-filled Saturday afternoon.
