MINDS MYG SESSIONS
MINDS MYG's sessions are usually structured as per the framework shown below.
Warm-up/
Sing-Along


PRT
(Physical & Recreational Training)

(Curriculum Development Training)


Tea Break
A sing-along cum dance-along session where beneficiaries start warming up and enjoy themselves to the tune of the harmonious music.

SING-ALONG
Beneficiaries undergo a structured curriculum (planned by MINDS MYG Volunteers), where they pick up necessary life skills. Activities may include and are not limited to:

Identifying numbers and colours

Money concept
-
Reinforcing the theme/ concept of key values

Strengthening of social & communication skills
-
Art & Craft

Special training programmes may be specifically customized for select beneficiaries if deemed necessary.

CDT
Physical and recreational activities are planned for beneficiaries to encourage them to exercise on a regular basis, and to allow them to hone their motor skills.
​
Examples of physical activities may include:

Various sports & games

Aerobics/ Kpop/ Zumba/ Yoga

Physical exercises
PRT
TEA BREAK
A light snack or treat is prepared for our beneficiaries to reward them for their efforts and hard work during the respective physical training.
​
Tea break will be prepared in modest servings as it is not meant to be given in place of dinner
Events & Outings:
​
Apart from the regular volunteering sessions, annual camps as well as outings are regularly organized to allow beneficiaries to visit site attractions and to have a day of fun.
